    ASSIGNMENT OF TENANCY

    If a resident wishes to vacate their premises prior to the expiration of their lease, the resident must review, complete and return the Policies and Procedures for Sublet along with a $75.00 non-refundable fee. The form and the fee must be received by the resident manager before the subletting procedure begins. You are responsible for rent in your suite until the new resident moves in or your lease has reached its natural end.
